With a miserable Winter set in, coupled with all the circulating illnesses and work deadlines, you can guarantee that there'll always be a group of Setantas charging on to prepare themselves for a busy year of GAA activity. Under the direction of Coach Hugh Kavanagh, they're kept moving to stave off the worst of the chill, focusing on both their fitness and having some fun during the scramble games.
